Purpose : Ensure all dogging /rigging activities are completed as per the work pack requirements in a safe competent manner.

• Ensure all rigging and slinging equipment applications do not exceed the manufactures safe working load recommendations.
• Ensure that the rigging and lifting equipment intended for use is inspected before use, current manufactures tagging and is fit for purpose.
• Maintain a high standard in line with offshore procedures.
• Work in hazardous and/or contaminated areas under controller 'permit to work' regulations.
• Identify conflicting work between work groups where hazards may occur.
• Identify conflicting work fronts between work groups where hazards may occur.
• Maintain the statutory lifting regulations during all rigging activities.

• Assisted with day-to-day operations, working efficiently and productively with all team members.
• Assisted in deck operations, including anchoring and cargo handling
• Conducted regular maintenance of deck equipment, hydraulic, air and electric winces ensuring optimal function.
• mooring and unmooring the vessel, deck maintenance and cleaning.
